This is your standard two boots joined together style
foot calf massager. The US Jaclean Calf and Foot Massager is around
the medium range in terms of price. Feedback suggests that the
machine does a good job at massaging your feet and calves and
can relieve tension in this part of your body and rejuvenate
your body with improved blood circulation.
This particular foot calf massager has three types of
actuators to recreate a human style shiatsu massage. There is
the under sole nodes that promote reflexology and massage of
the feet. There are discs that have a kneading affect on the
skin, especially the fleshy skin at the back of the lower leg.
And there is a vibrating circuit that encloses the calves and
feet to give an total massage sensation.
The unit comes on a stand that can be raised or lower to
suit hoe your feet are inclined. You can even use the machine
when lying down.
Like many of these types of products, there are three
pre-programed settings that you can use. Simply switch the unit
on and press whichever program you desire, sit back and relax.
You can also use the massager in a manual fashion with three
speeds of massage – high, medium and low. This also has an auto
shut off mechanism after 15 minutes so that you can't get
massaged till your legs feel like jelly.
The operating panel is located in between the legs on the
top section of the machine. It can be reached when in a
vertically sitting position. It may be harder in a recliner
chair.
The manufacturer goes to great pains to point out that
calves of more than 4 inches (I guess the fat part of the
calves) will struggle to fit into the massage space so you
should consider this if you are going to get this item. They
also say that feet more than 3 inches in width are too big too.
So keep this in mind.
Although there is not a great deal of feedback on this
product, it is mostly positive and people are happy with the US
Jaclean Calf and Foot Massager.
